Check-In
Anytime between 3pm and 9pm. Contact us in advance to arrange a different time.
Check-Out
11AM: The room must be cleared by 11AM. But if you need to leave your stuff for the day, you may do so until 6PM for free. After 6PM there is a fee of $5.
Long Term Rates
We generally offer discounts for longer stays. Contact us for more information.
Refunds
We offer a 50% refund if you cancel more than 7 days before arrival.

There is a $20 late check in fee for check ins after 9PM.

There is a two night minimum on the weekends

If your credit card is declined, please contact your bank first before contacting us, as they would know the reason the charge was declined. You may need to authorize a purchase made in Massachusetts.

A passport is needed to check in.
